Minerva was the revered Goddess of Art and Trade, embodying creativity and commerce, which makes her a particularly fitting and meaningful symbol for a business dedicated to celebrating art and craft.
Based in Sussex (& often in London)
In 2024, we relocated from our London studio in Kentish Town to a new, inspiring setting in West Sussex - RH17 7DH, nestled within the beautiful Ashdown Forest. But with regular trips back to London to source & sell vintage finds at Makers’ Markets and on line.
The online Duke of Edinburgh & Lampshade Courses offer an excellent and affordable way to access teaching no matter where you are in the world.
Additionally, we are happy to travel to provide Lampshade Making workshops for groups of 4 or more, bringing the craft directly to your location. And to host art private art classes for 10 or more (or smaller numbers by arrangement)
