Returns

If you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back in the original packing within 14 days, for exchange or refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods, that are protected enough to safe guard their resale value and are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

A full refund will be issued, less the cost of postage, if the product is returned in the condition for resale. If the goods are damaged from after delivery and their return we will have the right to investigate the due cause to of negligence and its cause to the cost of the refund.  

Damage to goods on route: If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us of the damage and we will ready for an exchange or refund. Sale goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Digital Downloads - just like paint, there is no refund once you’ve downloaded the item you have purchased
